Yesterday I bought a sewing machine. NO I never had my own. I have been borrowing my mother in laws for the last 4 months, thanks Terri!:) Well not anymore. Riley was on KSL and found a huge garage sale. I guess this old lady died and she was a sewing nut, LUCKY ME! Well they were selling 3 of her sewing machines and tones of fabric, thread, and sewing stuff that you never knew you ever needed until you had it;) I got it all!!!!! The sewing machine is a Singer Touch and Sew and is in PERFECT condition! Not only did she have the machine but ALL of the original pieces that went with it, 4 little boxes full of every part including lint brushes and oil to oil the machine. Those old ladies took such good care fo their things! The sewing machine is built into a table and she sold it all to me for $30!!! Well as soon as I got home I had to try it out and I LOVE it.
I made London another dress. Poor London and all of her fitting at such a young age, she is going to need therapy for sure;) This dress is also made out of one of Riley's old shirts.
That tong is always out now a days.

On this one I did little puckered pockets, LOVE THEM:)

I made the band shorter so that I could just tie it into a knot and have the same look as a bow but make it look a little different and a little stiffer, I like it better.

These little leg warmers turned out so cute. I got some long socks from the dollar store and cut off the feet and sewed the buttons on the ankles.

The little flower is made out of the feet from the socks, it was so cute on her at church today. This poor little girl is going to have so many dresses. Watch her turn out to be one of those cute girls that won't ever wear a dress, it would be just my luck;)
