Not a Good Idea!!!

Before the incident, it's a good thing they are so dang CUTE!!!

MaRea and I were at Gateway on Monday and Jack and Kaden were playing in the fountain in their swim trunks. They were running around and then they suddenly disappeared. I was looking everywhere till my eyes rested upon two little boys just standing next to the grass. This grass of course is fenced off, it obviously was not to be messed with. Next thing I know I see two little streams of pee flying ever so gracefully through the air. I then realized they were peeing on the "not to be harmed" grass. I turn to MaRea and tell her what is going on and she says, "At least they chose the grass!" I laughed, she was right:) I went over to them and the deed was said and done. It was just a little embarrassing, lol;) Next time .......................well lets just hope there isn't a next time.

Happy B-Day London & Dane

From this to them!!!!

Today London and Dane tern ONE!!!! As I looked back at their baby pics I got so anxious, I just kept thinking, "Please bless that doesn't happen again!" BUT it was well worth it. Happy Birth Day my little babies.

DANE: This little boy is so SWEET!! He scooted forever but has finely started crawling now. This little boy loves his daddy so much, when Riley walks in the door he started to cry because he wants Riley to pick him up so bad. He loves his sister and older brother, he watches for Jack in the morning. HIs belly button has totally fixed itself, his fishhook will need to be operated on next year, and his hemangioma never got bigger and it's barley visible. We couldn't imagine life without him:)

LONDON: This little thing already has an attitude. She will SCREAM when she wants something or if Dane gets to close. She also gets very excited when she sees Dane but he just can't get too close, so funny. London is attached to her mommy but adores her daddy. She is a very smiley little girl and she snuggles up every time you pick her up then wiggles herself left and right, so cute. London is a talker, she has so much to say in so little time:) We love this little mutt so much, don't know what we would do without her!!

Birthday Party pics to come:)

California Trip

We drove to California this last week and stayed with my brothers there. Jack got to play with his cousins and we got to enjoy the warm weather. The drive there was surprisingly fabulous, the babies were so good ad Jack was content watching movies. The trick for us is to always drive at night so that the kids sleep.
This was taken about 11:30 at night in the car on the drive there. London was doing one of her blood curdling screams and the look on both of their faces explains how we all felt.
After the beach, like 2 min after the beach
Jack was out in like 3 min, the sun takes a lot out of ya
This is at Mark and Shars house, they are so cute

We drove to Newport Beach and the kids LOVED it! Almost as much as Riley:)
So happy to be outside in the sand

Oh the things you can do when your stuck in LA traffic for 4 hours, you can even make bottles.
Jack had SO MUCH fun with his cousins Logan and Clair. At this point they were playing "Tea Party" and singing about it at the same time.

I have to tell you about a conversation that Jack and Clair had.
Jack: "Clair do you have a sword?"
Clair: "Princesses don't have swords, they wear dresses and dance with the princes."
What was Jack thinking, that's just common knowledge;)

This is Stew the dog, Dane LOVED Stew. He would catch a glimpse of him and giggle and head off towards him. Stew on the other had was not a fan of Dane, lol. Poor, Poor Stew:)
Yes this is me on a golf cart at Rite Aid:) It was a moment for me and I had to capture it. Mark and Shari live right by one and they drive there all the time on their golf cart. So funny and so much fun!!! Thanks Mark and Shar, you guys are awesome and we LOVE you so much!

A Year Ago Today

A year ago today this is what I was doing

When I look at this picture so many emotions come back to me. When I read this old post I cried and cried. I was so scared for my little ones and I felt so isolated in that hospital. I would get on line every day and do research to see what problems the babies would have if they were born that day, talk about stressing yourself out. My family was in Hawaii so I got very few visitors (BUT loved the ones I got:)and if you know me I'm quite a social butterfly. I remember one night when I was on the monitors again to make sure the babies were ok I couldn't stop crying, the nurses were so worried about me they kept asking me if I needed a therapist. WOW, those were some interesting days but also some of my most wonderful memories. I wouldn't take one day back. Riley was my ROCK through it all, and London and Dane were worth every shitty second;)

Last Easter we had an Easter Egg hunt in the hospital, it was definitely something different;) Poor little Jack:)

This is what I was doing this Easter, having MaRea take pics of the kids. I'm SO HAPPY that I'm not in that hospital bed!!!!!!!!!! BUT look what I got out of it, SO CUTE!!!!

I'm so grateful for my little dears, they fill me with so much pride and joy. Thanks for choosing us little ones!
