Sneeky Kitty Cat

Lets just start this post reminding everyone that I am a very special........spirit. I do things that most won't claim but I claim them and LOVE doing it:) So don't feel sorry for me......I don't feel sorry for myself:)!

I was in the dressing room at the Temple getting ready to leave for the night. My friend Janet was in the stall next to me. I was wearing boots so I had on a pair of very "Special" socks, I mean who cares what socks you wear when you have boots on , right? They were blue with kitty cats wearing Santa hats, I got them for a steal of 25 cents a few years ago. I mean who in their right mind is going to pass up that deal........even if they did have hideous kitty cats on them.

As I was thinking about my BEAUTIFUL socks I thought my friend Janet would love to see them as well so I I showed them to her. I stuck HALF my leg under the stall and said, "Janet you know your jealous of these kitty cat socks!" I know that is so appropriate in the Temple, I just make good choices like this all the time, they just come to me. Anyhoo after I said it Janet didn't say anything, I was shocked because it was quite hilarious in my "special" opinion.

I finish dressing not thinking a thing of it and left my stall. As I walk out I see Janet all dressed in white.........."Janet what are you doing?" Janet says "Just waiting to get dressed." "Oh............................well that explains a few things" I decide that this would make a perfect time to go potty, so I did, laughing inside all the way there.........what had I just done? I wait for Riley and tell him the story, he just looks at me like he knew it already, in fact it was as if he expected it from me.

When my good friend Janet comes out I tell her the story and she can't stop laughing, she says "Only you Lindsey." IT's true things like this only happen to people like me who decide to show off their kitty socks in the Temple dressing room, in other words Idiots!

I have learned my lesson and I'm sure that poor, mysterious YOUNG girl in that dressing room posing as Janet learned something as well, even crazy people go to the Temple:) Sorry fake Janet!

The best decision I have ever made in this life was to marry YOU!!!! I love to look back on the last 6 1/2 years and think about how all the things we have been through has brought us to where we are today, and today is so WONDERFUL! I don't know how we got so lucky but we really are like 2 puzzle pieces and fit perfectly.

I have no doubt that we will walk through this life together hand in hand and then into the eternities, you will always be at my side and I will always be at yours. Thank you for making my life extraordinary, thank you for making it more than I ever dreamt it to be. I love you inside and out, top to bottom and through and through!!! I couldn't live without my Britches!

Miss London...........where do I start? There are so MANY things about you that make my heart pitter patter........there are also MANY things that make me want to pull my hair out. You are 21 months old and you already KNOW what you want. Weather it's a ball or to climb up on the potty you know you want it and in your sweet little mind you WILL. GET. IT!!! You are a force to be reckoned with, watch out world here comes Miss London Kay Smith! As I write this you are SCREAMING in your crib because you are bound and determined to NOT TAKE A NAP even though you are SO TIRED!! Because I love you I will let you cry it out, it will be a long, sad cry but eventually you will figure out that you are tired and you will fall asleep......I hope! Dane has learned to sleep through your crying witch in itself is a miracle because your cry is NOT a cry it is a SCREAM!!! I have never heard anything quite like it, I'll get it on video just so you can hear it some day, lol:)

I'm just adding these pics. This was after London's "nap." She had completely undressed herself. When I walked in she said, "Kaka, mama. Poo Poo Kaka!" I think she is ready to potty train........I wish I was ready for it! She was COMPLETELY dressed before her nap!

You being such a determined little person is also why I ADORE you so much. I have a feeling it will be something that you carry throughout your life and it will be part of what defines you. Everyone around you will know who you are and what you stand for, no questions asked.

London you LOVE your big brother Jack, you think he is the Cats Meow!!! Every morning you get up and go get him and hang out with him watching toons and getting into the food. All afternoon you follow him around and do everything he does. Jack and you always have some costume on and your always getting the bad guys together. If Jack is wearing a jacket then you HAVE to wear a jacket, if Jack is wearing shoes you must as well. I love that you guys play so well!!!

When Jack is at school you and Dane love to hang out. Dane really isn't into playing with people yet but he will play with his sister. I have to be careful because you guys are rough with each other and I think your fighting when really your laughing and playing. Dane like to push you down, he thinks is funny and sometimes you do too. THe times that you don't think it's funny you like to bite him back.......this is heavily discouraged but you still do it every once and a while. You have left many a bite marks on him, so naughty.

London you TALK non-stop! It's hilarious! I will get a video of that as well because it really does need to be remembered. WHen your daddy calls we have to take turns. You scream, "I daddy, I daddy, I daddy!!!" Then when you talk to daddy you don't stop. I LOVE IT!!!

I love you London, you make me so happy and life without your funky little personality would be seriously lacking. Thanks for coming to our house!

Just so you know I am well aware that our family pic is HUGE!!!!! I have tried with all my special spirit knowledge to make it smaller but obviously it is not enough. Any suggestions would be appreciated, thanks:)

Oh How I Love Them

After church today I had all the kids sitting down to eat lunch. Right as they begin eating Jack says, "So London and Dane how was your school today?" London "good." Jack: "What did you learn about?" London: "Da ba da foe mama." Dane was too busy eating his peaches to get involved with the conversation, I mean the boys has his priorities:)

Oh how I Love these little people of mine!
