Londonisms

My little London is something special. I don't know about other little girls but this one is too smart for her own britches. I have been meaning to write all these things down so here I go.

1st thing you need to know is that London's MOST favorite word in the whole world is MOMMY, it is getting so OLD!! Before she says anything she MUST say "MOMMY" first. She says mommy anywhere from 150-200 times a day, ahhh!

2nd London is speaking in sentences. This may be normal for other peoples kids at 17 months old but this is something totally new for us at the Smith home. Everything I say she will repeat. There may be some "da bu ma" in the middle but she eventually says what she wants to be heard. Things she has been saying lately are
-"Mommy, I want pupu" translated, "I want up"
-"Mommy, I hot" She said this while pulling on her coat in the car the other day so I took it off and she stopped saying it.
- "Mommy, a puppy" This is said almost as much Mommy, everything that moves is a puppy
- " Mommy, go night night." She will say this after I ask her if she wants to go night night. SHe will then say to everyone in the room, "Bye, bye, I night, night" and wave to everyone.
-"Mommy, I want down" This is said after she is finished eating
- "Mommy, bebe, bebe, bebe!!!!" This is in reference to her blanket, she calls it her bebe of her puppy. I made this blanket and it is bitting me in the butt, she LOVES it WAY TO MUCH!
-"HI JACK, HI DANE!!!!!" Every morning she freaks out when she sees these two. London can't get enough of Jack, poor Jack just wants to be left alone but London has to do EVERYTHING that he is doing, sit everywhere that he is sitting and play with everything that Jack is playing with. This may be why Jack calls he preschool his "Party," true story!
-"Mommy, dance, dance" Out of the blue she will just start to dance and has to tell us bout it.......of course she has to tell us about it. In fact there will be times when me and Riley are talking and she will grab our faces and hold them in her two little hands until we give her our undivided attention. Most the time it makes absolutely no sense but after she is done she will let go and move on with what she was doing.
-"Mommy, poopy" This is said every time she poops or is about to poop. When she wakes up it's one of the first things she says:) I hope this means she potty trains early. She has pooped in the potty once but that's just because she was going to poop in the tub.
-"Mommy, I want Drink"
-"Mommy, I want Bite" Bite means eat.
-"Mommy, iches" This means britches. Yesterday her pants fell off during her nap and I asked her were her britches were and she turned around and picked them up and handed them to me.

Miss London has a very interesting personality. She can be oh so SWEET and oh so NASTY. London is the one that will bite her brother and then when they are crying she will go lay down next to them and hug and kiss them till they stop crying.

We love this little mutt and she brings so much Joy into our home. We really should just call her Miss Attitude.

Ladies Man

My little Jack is a ladies man and he'd not even trying..........this is not a good thing! I was waiting for him to come in from playing at his pre school and as he came in he was holding a little girls hand. I laughed as he was trying to get the little girl to let go, but she wouldn't let go for the life of her, lol.

The teacher came and told me about the days events with this little girl and Jack. I guess that she said to Jack, "You love to hold my hand ha Jack!" Jacks response was, "Um..... not really." This same little girl wanted to sit by Jack but he wanted to sit on the boys table so she put up a fight till she could sit with him.

On the way home I asked him if he wanted to hold the little girls hand and that if he didn't want to he could just say stop "stop holding my hand." His response was, "um....she likeded me and was nice so I was nice to her. Her's wants to be my girlfriend. She loveded me mom." Oh boy, I don't even know where he learned the word girlfriend!!! But at least he's playing hard to get;)

When Riley got home he asked what her name was and he had no idea so Riley said, "You should probably know a girls name before you hold hands with her." I guess every boy has to learn the rules some time.

This had been an ongoing thing with Jack.......me no likesy!!!

Hector

Oh Hector, how I adore you (yes I am thinking in my Mexican accent.) Riley and I are finishing our basement!!! We (we as in Riley:) were determined to do all the work ourselves..............not so much! We (we as in RILEY and Kyle) did the framing, electrical, insulation, air ventilation and speaker stuff. But one month into it WE were more than DONE with the whole project.

So a friend of ours told us about her friend HECTOR. Oh Hector how we adore you:) Hector come and gave us a bid on our 500 sq ft, 2 room basement and it was an AMAZING!!!! To HANG the dry wall, TAPE and MUD then SAND and TAPE and MUD again then TEXTURE the WALLS and CEILING was a grand total of.......................$550!!!!! HELLO, thats $100 less than the guy who gave us a bid to just texture the walls!!!! Well needless to say we hired HECTOR right then and there! Not only was he cheep he was FAST!!!!!

Before Hector

Day 1 1/2 After Hector
Day 4 DONE!!!!

These pics are showing you just one corner of one room, he did much more:)

In getting to know Hector I found out he has a little boy that is REALLY sick and has been in and out of the hospital for the last 1 1/2 years. The medical bills are over $120,000! He could use the work and he is so NICE and wonderful. Also he has his front tooth missing, it's kinda cute but we are working on getting him a free tooth:) Maybe by the time he comes to your house he will have a tooth:) So if you need some work done on your house give Hector a call, he does more than just dry wall. I know he paints and maybe other things too.

Jacks 1st Day Of School and Other Pics

On our way to SCHOOL!!!
This is Miss Malissa Jacks teacher, oh he loves her as do I:) The Pack Pack is underplayed in this pic. Jack LOVES his Spider Man Pack Pack!
This is at Jacks School, the kids loved sitting on it, I had to take a pic:)
I found the Twins in here one afternoon. So stinkin cute and so funny. They think that it was made just for them to sit in:)

I put Halloween decor up just a little early:) Here ya go Laura, the pics dont do it justice but it's so much FUN!!!

I made these wigs today for Dane and London's Halloween costumes.....anyone want to guess what they are going to be?

30 Min Of HELL

My poor, poor Jack. Life with twins has some SERIOUS trials for the poor little guy. Yesterday was the PERFECT example of what his day consists of. He sat down on the ground to read some books and the babies SWARMED him, because this is what they ALWAYS do. As he was trying to tell them that he just wanted to read for a minuet alone London (of course London) hits him with a ball. This make him break into a million pieces. Then Dane (because he saw London do it) hit Jack as well, with a huge smile on his face. At this point it seamed like there was going to be no recovery for Mr. Jack at all. I picked him up and took him up into my room so he could have some time with just himself and his books. Of course London followed us so as I was shutting the door Jack got his toe stubbed. This sent him into another hysterical fit. I shut the door behind me which send London into hysteria and went down stairs to get a bandaid because we all know that a bandaid fixes EVERYTHING. In the kitchen I found Dane having way too much fun for one little boy. He had found the Brown Sugar and was eating it by the fist full's and had it scattered ALL OVER from hither to thither. I decided at that point that he might as well just enjoy himself so I took the bandaids upstairs to my hysterical Jack. Of course London was still SCREAMING outside the closed door. I went in the room and shut the door behind me, this REALLY ticked miss London off but I figured that Jack needed some one on one time no matter what the babies were up to. So I sat down and cleaned him up with now London and Dane screaming at me through the door which was fine with me because at least I knew that they weren't getting into anything. I sat with Jack and read 4 books to him, we read until I knew that he had a few minutes with just his mommy and no babies BUGGING him. I think Jack gets a one way ticket back to heaven for being the big brother of twins:).

Little Mama

Jack: "OK, mom we are going to play mommy"

Me: "OK"

Jack: "I'll be the daddy, London will be the mommy and Dane will be the son"

Me: "OK , lets go out of my room and do it downstairs"

Jack talking to London: "Come on Little Mama"

Now I call miss London Little Mama, it's just too cute!
