Favorite Day

1st things first, I slept in:)!!! I love to sleep in and my MOthers Day starting off with this first gift was perfect. When I finely did wake up Riley was standing there dressed like a weightier. He handed me a menu(one that he had made:) and asked me where I would like to be seated. I had no idea so he recommended the veranda (porch). I picked a huge meal off the menu and got dressed and headed for the veranda. I bouquet of flowers and a wine glass full of crushed ice sitting next to a diet Coke awaited me:) I must say there is nothing like a wine class with diet coke, MY FAVORITE:)

As I seated myself my weightier (Riley) came out and mentioned the wildlife that I would be seeing. The swallow, and some other birds were mentioned. Then he pointed out the other more obvious wild life. There was a silver back Rhino (DANE), a Mocking Jay (LONDON) and for added protection Mr. Incredible himself was there, (JACK.) It was quite beautiful to behold all my wildlife, they were quite delicious!

As I was sitting and enjoying my Diet Coke Mr. Incredible (I mean Jack) brought out his present he made for me. It was so stinking cute!!! It was a cook book that his teacher had put together. The students gave their favorite recipes and she typed them out for us and put them into a cook book for us. Jack receipt goes as follows

Jack: Spaghetti O's

Turn on oven, it's a square, then put circles in oven for six hours. Then you eat them.

All of the kids recipes were super cute like this:) Jacks teacher really is that wonderful!!!

My weightier then brought out my first course. French toast:)!!!! It really was so YUMMY!!! Then my second course came out, freshly squeezed OJ, eggs over easy and toast with a side of jam. WOW, it was perfect!!! This whole time he stayed in character, lol;)

Then my weightier had to run away and so some church stuff, kinda weird I know, lol;)

Later that day he said, "I forgot to ask you if you will be joining us for dinner?" YAY, I didn't have to make dinner either.

Our dinner was delicious and my weightier/cook went all out:) Pesto with Angel Hair pasta and grilled chicken. So good!!

Then my weightier/cook cleaned the kitchen and washed the dishes and THEN he out the kids all down by HIMSELF:)!!!! This guy really knows how to work for a tip, lol;) Really this was one terrific day for me!

I was totally spoiled, it was wonderful, lol;)

Being a mom is the best most hard thing I have ever done. My "wild life" make me smile every day, they make me laugh and they make me feel REAL joy:) I love you little mutts, thanks for coming into our home!!!
